Track Expenses with iPhone (or Android)

Controlling expenses is something I always need to get better at. I remember buying my first palm pilot, one of the first apps I added was to help me track my expenses. I have bought a variety of software to help me keep track of my finances and more importantly my spending. My biggest problem is finding one I can stick with  and built to my needs.

The Solution

My company and I recently entered into a partnership with ML Studios to use our platforms and what we do with clients to enhance receiptLoader’s online presence.  Receiptloader is a mobile application that saves an image of a receipt and helps you manage your receipts by storing them online and creating reports.

Pablo and Francisco created this neat application that saves time when it comes to tracking where you are spending your money. All you have to do is take a picture of the receipt, upload the image, and the application does the rest.

When I first used Microsoft Money in the late 90’s, my biggest issue was losing track of how much I spent. The gap of time in between my purchases and when I recorded the purchases on the software was so big I would lose track of some expenses.

Losing items

I also have a bad habit of losing items. I can’t count the times I have had to pay a full day of parking (when I was barely at the spot for an hour) because I lost my parking stub. The same happens to many receipts they either end up in my car or washed with my pants. Losing a receipt has multiple consequences.

Less Headaches while saving time

Having the time to sit down and track my receipts is something I never have. By taking a picture of the receipt with receiptloader at the moment of the purchase, this task becomes simple and quick.  By storing my receipt online I can later go in and check how much I spent in a period of time given that receiptloader creates multiple reports for me.

A Big Favor

It would be a great favor for you to try receiptloader for 30 days.

The links below are links with a 30 day free trial so you can try with no commitment.

AnDroid

My objective right now would be to get feedback from someone like you with possibly a background different to mine.

Can you help me spread the word and look for ways to make receiptloader an app you would like to add to your phone?
