Thanks to @Otterbox for Sending Another iPhone 4 Reflex Case

A few months ago I was given an Otterbox Reflex Series Case for my iPhone that has caught the eye of many contacts and friends that have seen in. I wrote a review on the Reflex and I am very happy with the Case since my iPhone has fallen many times and it is still in one piece.

The case is light and hardly add any more weight to the iPhone and very easy to remove.

I broke the case

Since I use various charging stations I was trying to plug the phone with the case on with the old iPod cables, which little by little broke the bottom part of the case. Similar to when you use a crow bar to open something I accidentally was doing the same to the Reflex case.

Broken Case

When I saw it was broken I took a picture and send it to the Otterbox Public Relations team letting them know the case was broken.

Another Free Case

Even though the case was a gift they did no hesitate in sending a replacement with no cost to me.

Making a Mistake Brought me Stronger to Otterbox

A few months ago Otterbox had a small miscommunication with me, which made me very disappointed in them. But one thing Otterbox did very well was continuing to communicate with me. Their representative Kristin Goliher treated me with respect and kept communication open with me until they figured out the whole situation. Once they saw that they had made a mistake they decided to fix it by being extra nice and making it possible so they could deliver what was promised initially.

They invested their time

Otterbox realized that my complaint was a valid one and dedicated extra resources to fix the mistake. Kristin answered many of my questions even some I consider where tough to answer. Otterbox and there team demonstrated that they really cared about their customers.

A Few Mistakes got me Closer to the Otterbox Brand

In my case I made the mistake of not removing the bottom part when using a charger that barely fits the iPhone. But Otterbox decided to fix my mistake by sending me a new case. They made a mistake and they decided to fix it. So I can say that the mistakes we all have made me a stronger supporter to the otterbox brand.

Do you know of any brands that do a great job when they make a mistake or you make a mistake with their product?

Are there other brands that have a track record of demonstrating they don’t care about others online?

    HI,
FYI you have 2 typos under “They Invested Their Time.”  You don’t have to post this, just thought you’d like to keep your review professional looking.
