Domes Beach Rincón, Puerto Rico

Who would have thought the would put a Nuclear Reactor prototype near one of the Puerto Rico's best beaches in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Known to the locals and tourist alike like Domes Beach.

The Boiling Nuclear Superheater (BONUS) Reactor Facility operated until it was "Decommissioned" because of technical difficulties in the late 60's.

Efforts in the 1990's and 2000's to clean up after a contaminated area where contacted.

It's hard to believe that they had to place a nuclear reactor prototype near this small piece of paradise on Puerto Rico's west coast.

I'm sure the decision was not made by locals, it must have been a directive from those who control the colony.
