		<description><![CDATA[the more you type, the deeper the trench you keep digging for yourself. Sears did not play this situation well. Raul is in all his right to ask questions. When we consumers spend $$ on corporations, we also expect them to act right and professionally, via any form of medium. Its clear, Sears didnt act that way. this could be a teaching moment, but all these posts and post of other interested parties on behalf of you and sears like corporations really paints the picture of a person who is bitter about the route that Raul has taken.
